Michael William Johnson & Family
Born in Parkersburg, West
Virginia, March 8, 1954 to Robert & Geneva Johnson.
Graduate of Parkersburg
South High School in 1972, was active in wrestling and football.
He studied pre-med at
Parkersburg Community College, now recognized as West Virginia
University-Parkersburg, while managing the family business. At
PCC he received an Associate of Science degree.
In the fall of 1978 Michael
graduated from the National College of Chiropractic with a Bachelor's
Degree of Science in Human Biology and Doctorate of Chiropractic.
After graduation he started
practicing with his uncle, Dr. Bill Johnson, Sr. from 1978 to 1988.
In 1988, Michael opened his
own business at 2301 Camden Avenue, Parkersburg, West Virginia.
Michael is an ACA member
and has been a national convention delegate for 2 years. He is
also a member of State Chiropractic Society (West Virginia
Chiropractic).
Michael devotes a lot of
time and money to local organizations and has been president of
Parkersburg South High School Wrestling Boosters for 7 years.
Michael has two children,
Jason Michael Johnson and Megan Renee Johnson. He is
also a proud grandfather of Brayden Michael Johnson.
He is proud to be
practicing chiropractic, and being one of seven family members to do so,
starting in 1920 with George Johnson, his Grandfather.
